- Put the meat and broth to cook. I took half the pork and half the flesh and ribs. In a saucepan, pour water, put the meat, bring to a boil and remove the foam. Spread the whole onion in the husk. Cook the meat for about 30 minutes. Salt the broth to taste. From the onion in the husk, the broth will be Golden. Prepare the vegetables for the soup and butter. Butter is not recommended to replace some other. It will taste completely different!
- We will need a pot with a thick bottom, in which we will first simmer the vegetables in butter, and then cook the soup. If there is no such thing, then you just need to take a frying pan or a saucepan and simmer the vegetables there. Melt the butter and put the onion finely chopped. Gilding it. Add the carrots, reduce the heat, cover with a lid and simmer the vegetables for 5 minutes. Put the bell pepper, also cut into small cubes. Torment another 5 minutes.
