- 50 gram Butter
- 2 teaspoons Orange zest dried
- 0,25 teaspoons Salt
- 1 tablespoon Rum
- 500 gram Flour wheat / Flour

- Divide the finished dough into 4 parts. Roll out one piece into a rectangle about 20x35 cm in size. Grease the dough with a fourth part of butter, sprinkle with a fourth part of sugar with cinnamon and spread a fourth part of candied fruits on the surface. Roll out lightly with a rolling pin.
