- 2 tablespoons Cognac
- 50 gram Butter
- 125 ml Milk
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 75 gram Honey

Mousse:
- 500 gram Sea-Buckthorn
- 0,5 glass Sugar
- 0,5 liter Water
- 30 gram Gelatin

- Try whipping the sea buckthorn mixture with a blender at medium speed for 5 minutes, take a break and repeat three times. The mixture will turn out to be more delicate, which is a cross between sea buckthorn jelly and mousse. Pour part of the sea buckthorn with gelatin on a layer of frozen sour cream. Put it in the refrigerator.
