- Lubricate your hands with vegetable oil and fill the molds with dough a little less than half, i.e. 1/3 of the mold. Press the top of the dough a little. Put the form with the dough in a warm place so that it fits well. The dough should fill the entire form, try not to let the forms come into contact with each other.
- Now put two soft towels on the grill and spread the cakes with them so that they cool down, immediately put them on the sides so that the cakes retain their shape. While the cakes are hot, they need to be shifted several times from one place to another so that the barrel does not crumple and then the cakes will turn out smooth and beautiful.
