                - 800 gram Meat lamb or chicken
- 500 ml Yogurt
- 1,5 glass Rice
- 6 tablespoons Noodles
- 5 pieces Onion
- Vegetable oil for fry, to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Red hot pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice to taste
- Cinnamon to taste
- 2 pieces Bay leaf
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 2 tablespoons Flour wheat / Flour
- Mint to taste

- Rinse the rice, drain the water and let it dry. Pour oil into the pan, you can take part of vegetable and part of butter, or just vegetable. Add a teaspoon of salt or to taste and ground black pepper. Fry the vermicelli until golden brown, stirring constantly, then add the rice, fry for about 5 minutes and pour in three cups of boiling water. Close the lid, reduce the heat to a minimum and simmer until tender.
