- 250 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 60 gram Corn flour
- 100 gram Margarine
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 8 gram Vanilla sugar
- 1 tablespoon Water ice
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 50 gram Sugar
- 100 gram Cottage cheese soft
- 50 gram Cream cheese I have Philadelphia, you can replace it with sour cream
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
Filling:
- 250 gram Cottage cheese coarse
- 100 gram Brown sugar
- 2 pieces Apples
- 1 tablespoon Almonds petals, optional
- 1 tablespoon Corn starch
- 1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice
Additionally:
- 1 tablespoon Jam to taste
- 1 tablespoon Sugar powder

Instructions
- Roll out one piece about 4 mm thick. I rolled out the dough between the sheets of plastic wrap, sprinkled them with flour. Put the rest in the refrigerator. Pour starch and sugar into the center. Put the cottage cheese on top of the thinly sliced apples, not reaching the edges 4-5 cm. Sprinkle with sugar and almond petals. (I made two with almond petals and two without them)
